This is probably the best diner we had in years. I had the Ligurian menu and my wife had the vegetarian menu. Both menu's were excellent. What I remember the most about the dishes is that some combinations and vegetables had such pronounced and distinctive flavours. Even more distinct than other michelin places we visited in the past years. The local wines I got to accompany the dishes were up to the task, with a surprisingly good spumante (Farfalla). The interior of the restaurant is warm and relaxing and the service was very friendly and amicable, which gave us a very tasty en pleasant experience.

Wonderful discovery of a sophisticated and harmonious combination of local products and natural wines. We tried the chef’s menu paired with regional and original wines. Worth mentioning are the maquerel with anchovy sauce and the rabbit terrine.

If you have never eaten in a Michelin Starred restaurant then give this a go. The food, service and wine are all simply beautiful Fresh herby flavours (fresh from the hotel garden) are creatively combined by the chef and well matched by the sommelier. We will return!

Very quiet beautiful dining room with excellent food. good service. multilingual. after dinner we accompanied the outside balcony to dessert and after dinner drinks. the food was imaginative and beautifully presented. our set menu included three fish dishes and two meats. wonderful experience.

Cena a 5 stelle. poche parole, tutto perfetto. dal servizio professionale ma non ingerito, all'eccellente qualità delle materie prime, alle idee messe nel piatto dallo chef. la camera arredata con stile e raffinatezza, il personale sicuramente fino all'altezza. una bella scoperta nel cuore della riviera di levante, un po' come il vino suggerito dall'ottimo aviatore. tutto secondo le migliori aspettative. solo nota (che certamente non cambia la valutazione a 5 stelle) che anche se ci aspettavamo che il conto fosse commensurato con alte aspettative, non ci aspettavamo di pagare 2 digestivi al quinto dell'intero conto. appartenete a questo uomo esterno, torneremo sicuramente perché ne vale davvero la pena!
