Nestled at the back of the Arches this restaurant appears unassuming, it's anything but!! The decor is artsy and eclectic and I was greeted by the friendliest team! To say that the Maritime Bubble Tasting Menu was delicious is an understatement. The Lobster Roll was a bomb of buttery goodness, the salty and unusual Fried Clams (yum! were perfectly paired with a local beer, the Salted Pork with its demi was absolute perfection and the Garlic Finger made with naan, emmental and gruyère was accompanied by the smoothest foie gras donair aioli ever. With it's magical bubbles, sips of local champagne made this dish even more irresistible. Thanks to Al, Heather, Luc and Phil and their creative menu, this evening was an amazing experience from the beginning to the melt in your mouth dessert!! 5 stars

Simply the best! The staff always looks out for the fine details. Food is perfect 10. And ambiance is exactly the intimate setting I’m looking for to treat my better half. Cheers!!!
