Old Wild West - MONCALIERI

We went for a lunch the food was good but the service was below zero the waiters were non existent we waited more than an hour an a half for mains no apologies nothing we spent the time looking for a waiter to pass some salt and pepper after finishing we got up to pay i asked for a manager they said there wasnt any well its was really dreadful never again

Old Wild West is conveniently located next to a major movie theater so we stop in for dinner with the family. The service is very good, they offered discounts to the cinema and we didn't have to wait very long even though there was a line outside. You get what you'd expect: hamburgers, fries. The food is of a good quality.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, the food was very nice and on time, the place was very clean and the atmosphere worth going back
