Todo un descubrimiento. La comida en cantidad más que correcta y de muy buena calidad. Todo estaba riquísimo. Del primer plato al postre. No hay gran variedad. Taller de mentor is tucked away in the back streets of Moncada. This small, unassuming restaurant is a gem for those who seek it. Small, cozy, and perfect for a lunchtime getaway. The food is superb, with a menu that changes daily. Delicious short rib and garlic paella followed by melt in the mouth moussaka and a stunning chocolate cake to finish. I have a good appetite but was full to bursting by the second course. Superb! Superb!
