Bernado's Diner - Monbulk

The food is outstanding, with excellent quality and great value for money. The menu features unique delicacies that are hard to find elsewhere. Everything is homemade and of a very high standard. The young lady who served us was incredibly delightful; we almost wanted to invite her to join our table! Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and it’s quite affordable.

I had a wonderful meal with my family. The food was excellent. My only complaint is that it was a bit warm, but that’s not the restaurant’s fault.

I was shocked by the long wait for our food at an empty restaurant. Waiting 35 minutes is unacceptable. Additionally, my partner received an undercooked chicken schnitzel that took a full hour to arrive. I'm not sure what the chef was occupied with, but it's clear he needs to reconsider his career choices. We won’t be returning.

The food is outstanding! The roast beef I had tonight was delicious and incredibly affordable, and dessert was only $2.50. It's important for locals to support these little gems to keep them thriving.
