During a pandemic when deliveries are either done online or through pickup, reliance on staff increases. I had great experience while picking up my online order. The order was only partially fulfilled as someone made a mistake and didn't check the stock. When Siobhan came to deliver the order in the car park, I asked for her help in checking for an alternative. She was more than happy to assist so that I didn't have to re-order a different item and come back. While doing that, she went back to check the stock and found the item that I ordered. What a great person! I know that it was too much to run around delivering items to customers in the car park which is a bit of a walk, and Siobhan didn't worry about that. That's what customer delight is all about. However, I've not always been so lucky at Bunnings. Whether you get helped or not entirely depends on who you ask.
I purchased an outdoor storage box that I couldn't carry on my own. They assisted me all the way from the aisle to my car. The customer service was exceptional.
The young woman at the front desk and the man in the paint department could work on improving their customer service skills. On the other hand, the older man working the cash register was excellent, friendly, and helpful. I was able to find everything I needed.
I have found parking to be easy at this center, especially during the week. The staff at Bunnings is also very helpful, and they offer a wide range of products.
We were looking for a coffee break on the afternoon when shopping at the chadstone lifestyle centre. this caffe found in bunnings and really enjoyed the coffee. only $3,90 for a good size cappuccino. faster service. comfortable seating with timeliness to read. cakes and snacks...also available.
