Burgled - Monash

Every now and again I pop in here, the egg and bacon burger is fantastic, the bun more a brioche, the bacon really crunchy and the egg mega soft, just perfect. The coffee is great and the staff are really friendly. They also have a...number of lunch dinner burgers, all with really interesting ingredients. I had the Berlin once, with Iran sky, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and mustard, it was so good that we regularly re create it at home on a Friday night, **** great...!!

My top worst burgers of all time: McChicken, McDonald's Chadstone they forgot the chicken in my McChicken. So it was literally just a role with lettuce and mayo. Original Fillet Burger, KFC Yarraville the burger contained a tiny, dried out,...shriveled up piece of chicken that only filled half the roll, so they placed a cold nugget next to the chicken to fill the rest of the burger. The Samurai, Burgled Oakleigh (tonight): the first of the burger contained zero chicken. The next of the burger contained deep fried panko crumb covering some more deep fried panko crumb. The last finally revealed some chicken with a peak thickness of around And it was pink, so I didn't even finish it. Welcome to the list.

The prices may be premium, but my vegie burger had only economy ingredients. for burger only was not value.There is plenty of space inside and some outside tables as well, but the character of the place bothered me. The staff were friendly and helpful...and the seats were comfortable, but the loud disco music and TV with sound off did not go well.

A group of adults and children visited for an early dinner around Burgled is one of the places we have visited a few times every year for the past years. It took minutes to get the drinks order and mins for the drinks to come. There were tables already eating, one of and one of and us. It took another minutes to get the food order and only after I got up to the counter asking if someone could take out order. There were staff on at the time, service and on the burger station. It took another mins for the food to come. When it did, the one burger was incorrectly prepared, this was brought up and replaced minutes later by the manager who enquired if all was ok. I replied we were still waiting for the fries. He said coming up shortly. He came back minutes later with items that were not fries and it took yet another or minutes to come back with the fries. Despite my request for my family's burgers to be done medium well, all the burgers came well done or burnt around the edges. This was brought up when paying for the meal and while the manager was apologetic and we were not charged for the fries or drinks, it is disappointing that the service and quality of food has deteriorated over our last few visits. The other family mentioned to me when we were leaving that they don't see themselves coming back. It is a pity because the burgers and service used to be very good.

Good place to visit with the family and friends . Good place to go and eat different types of Burgers.
