El Paso Mexican Grill Monaca

A couple friends and I went for lunch with our kids on Sunday. Amazing service! Delicious food and some of the best margaritas I've ever had. I ended up splitting the Margarita sampler with my friend and all the flavors were delicious. Our waiter was amazing, the manager was friendly and fun and the atmosphere was wonderful. All the staff around seemed friendly and upbeat.

I had lunch at this restaurant for the first time. It was delicious! The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. I will definitely return.

I left a cash tip on the table and paid the bill with my credit card. However, the restaurant added a tip onto my credit card without my permission. I clearly crossed out the tip space on the receipt I signed because the service was not deserving of a tip. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and amounts to theft.

Just what Monaca needed a good classy Mexican themed restaurant. Food is delicious in all aspects and don’t get me going about the many flavored margaritas. Very friendly staff and very concerning management that makes sure you are well taken care of. Will be back many times. Good bye Taco Bell!! LOL can’t believe I thought that was Mexican food.

The waiter (had an eyebrow piercing) was extremely rude. I told him my food was wrong and he proceeded to hold the receipt in my face and tell me that’s what I ordered. He did this in front of my son while we were picking up our order. He was ignorant and had no customer service skills to even try to figure out why the order wasn’t right.
