The shortfalls here are endless Went on family fun day at 2 o'clock. Displays up to 4;30. Slushies run out tap beer not working face painters run out of chocolate ice running out of arcade games Happy Hour cocktails run out Rose just served from the bottle... Went on Wednesday Steak night kids eat free kids can not eat free when you special for Steak night, even tho rule says any meal over $23. Steak night comes with shrimps except shrimps have expired. Restaurant lost our meal and didn't get it for an hour after our children's meals bar closed to go all the way to the playroom to order steaks were so hard that it was exhausted to chew them. Couldn't change the sauce on the Steak Special. Honest list is so endless that it's ridiculous. The place has so much to offer. It is so well decorated and so many ways to go I just don't know how they can get it so wrong every time.

We ordered food in Affenhahn and were recommended it was a 30min wait for 2.10pm. Our food finally arrived

In the last 4 months we were 6 times and found the food every time very good, so it seems that they reacted to some earlier reviews. The portions are very generous and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The menu...more and service efficient We usually visited in the middle of the week and about 6 o'clock so not excessively busy or loud, I assume that this is a loud place on weekends and children's noise especially when we visited before). Certainly on our regular schedule.
