Bidrage med feedbackThe staff at this restaurant did not seem to care about their customers, possibly because we were young teenagers or in our early twenties. They were not attentive to our needs and were unfriendly. However, I would consider dining here again.
The customer service at this restaurant was extremely poor! Despite having a reservation for 12 people, the staff prioritized other customers who arrived after us. Our orders took a long time to arrive, with one dish even coming after we had finished eating. The food was disappointing, with one dish tasting like stone. We were also wrongly charged for items we didn't order. Even when paying by credit card, they forgot to return the card along with the receipt. Overall, I do not recommend dining at this establishment and will warn others to avoid it as well. I will be posting about my experience on social media to alert others.
The food was delicious! We had a lovely family dinner at this restaurant. The staff was very attentive to our needs. My mother especially enjoyed our meal, as she loved the karekare we ordered.
We had lunch in the kuya j restaurant on a weekday and after the completion of our field in the environment. we were a group of 6. there were many good offers in the menu; but many of them were not available, like the bangus a...la pobre (milk fish), which was a duck that I wanted to eat on this day. about 3 other itens we chose were not available again, even though it was Monday (first day of the week). the scallops were good, creamy and tasty. I also liked the sibigang na bangus, but wished they had more bangus in him. the pochero was supposedly good, but I found him a little too dry as suppe. wish the resto could addl suppe free. the Tortang-Talong was average. in contrast to other Filipino rests, kuya j was bright, open, untasted and tastefully decorated with toy books overall resto is an average place to not dig fantastic but it is ok.
