Such a low review is not given by the food that is good enough and average, but by the behavior of the staff. in the rule there are no special problems, but today, after the ordering, the waitress took the freedom to judge the amount of dishes that had been ordered (in fact nothing excessive, because there are many dishes with smaller portions) so embarrassing that all of us sat on one table and wanted only a quiet lunch. such a thing had never happened to us in any rostorante and it is not acceptable.

The fifth star is missing for the few smiles of the staff, the empathic and human relationship with customers is fundamental. You can have the best products ever but if you lack emotional transport you lose atmosphere and involvement. We are Italians and we need emotional transport, you need to become more Italian and less Chinese.
