Nice hotel with good personal We staying in 2018 year

The hotel need renovations in everything, rooms are old furniture, bathroom and floor . Service poor, probably because the short staff and long shift that make the guys frustrated and not polite even they are trying to be nice. Breakfast was basic, with not large choice and quality. I saw customers arrive later and couldn't eat the cakes or croissants because they didn't have for everybody. I don't believe it's a 3 star and definitely doesn't reflect the information on booking. Need to be done an inspection for the health and safety of the structure. My advice to the owner: if you don't want spend money on the structure at least offer a better service and breakfast. People would be happier and maybe you get less complains. I wouldn't currently recommend to my friends in the current state. It has a potential to be a nice hotel with a good investment

Very bad hotel. Everything that can be bad was actually bad. The worst bed I ever had, shaking all the time. We could not sleep because the beds were making so much noise... The tank above the toilet was leaking so when we wanted to use the toilet it was always wet and the water from the tank was raining to our head, disgusting.... Terrible breakfast, only cakes but fake ones bought in some supermarket. The AC stopped working after our second night and we wanted to switch the room but it was impossible because at reception they said they don 't have any rooms... Don 't go there, it really sucks....

Weak service, loud, old furniture and uncomfortable!
