The place is to dim for dine in, the food is ok. anw the rice is too hot when it just served, you should consider wait a little

Nice place to have the famous spicy cheesy chicke. Staff were nice. You'll see a lot of Grab and Gojek driver here serving the food delivery service. Parking lot is also spacious. Younwont get difficulties to find this place because it is located on the main street.

The fried chicken was fantastic, but it was a bit challenging to access by car if you missed the turn.

My first visit to The Load was a great experience. The restaurant is spacious and had plenty of room available. It wasn't too crowded, and they were following health protocols and social distancing guidelines. The staff was friendly and served us quickly.

The level 3 hot chicken is extremely spicy! I do not recommend ordering the 2-piece chicken with a large side of fruit salad at 8 PM, as it is not a light meal, but it is delicious!
