I would have a lot to say, but I will make it short and precise: the best restaurant I have eaten for 15 years (I’m not going to go further because my memories are blurred, but it’s perhaps even the best of my life!) thanks to the whole team

Absolutely divine meal, culinaryly and visually everything is millimetered. Merit for me a second star in Michelin but for this the service must be irreproachable.
