Restaurant half empty yet 30 minutes later still nothing. Went to see the waiters to find out where the order was while they were chatting quietly, they tell me that they have a lot of food orders when there are only ice creams and drinks on the customers' tables. 1 hour of waiting for a dish to be forgotten in the end, it will be brought back 1/2 hour later. I have the impression that Venezia is like a sign that has chosen to charge 4 stars, a service that is worth 3... the problem does not lie there... but in the stubbornness of this teaching not to progress... very loud music, orange juice fresh but not really fresh... I think either the oranges were starting to rot, or it's the rest of yesterday... the long coffee was too strong but others could appreciate it... and finally I did not appreciate the flies which seemed to be there at home... conclusion: can do better!!!

My 5 year old daughter got second degree burns from a waiter. He does the service but does not know that you should never pass a tray with hot drinks over people's heads. lack of skill or training I would say there is a bit of both, they even made me pay the bill these people it's only 300 dhs, in another country I could have sued them. my daughter is better now. I will never go back to this place even if my daughter was not burned no added value and very poor quality of drink and ice cream.
