Restaurant PURiNO, Mönchengladbach (Schloss Rheydt)

Last night in Purino. Side plates were not rinsed clean. Operation very friendly and facing. Cocoa was more of a water/cacoa/mixture with spray cream, a pity. The rose cabbage noodle plate, on which I was really happy, was very boiled, I could look for the rose cabbage, the pieces were so small that it had not been a fresh rose cabbage. It's too bad. Tastefully slightly fade. On the whole, no more occasion for me to visit a Purino restaurant. The first visit to Krefeld was also disappointing.

At the entrance there is a hint that one should wait there for his table assignment, there one waits for quite a long time until a Mitarebiter comes and there were always snakes. It was good to have the reservation confirmation, because it was not found by the staff. Beverages were only brought to demand for 20 minutes, then we waited 90 minutes after we asked for 70 minutes. The sanitary facilities are in such a state that the trade supervision and also the hotel and the Gastättenverband would be interested in this. The vast majority of service staff is very striving, but there were also employees for which they serve under their dignity, the dishes were dismissed wordless, and left as soon as possible by turning the guest. Overall, there seems to be too little and poorly coordinated staff. And it seems that no value has been placed on the vote with each other even when such a thing has been done. Not only for the customer an unsightly situation as well as for the employees. In addition, guests were sent away on the grounds that they were not reserved, although at that time and also 120min. later at least 3 tables were free. Too bad, the good food offer, unfortunately, enters something into the HIntergrund and if you like me invited guests, you are already trying to be ashamed of yourself.

It was a nice evening. The service was very friendly and also the food was very delicious. Work on the toilets should be urgent

Pizzen and truffleravioli very good, the service really friendly (not only placed polite, the beer came fast and the waiting time for food, maybe 20 25 min, considering the full house very good. View, depending on the seat, almost picturesque. What the restaurant has no influence on, but what was really bad: I have been eaten by mosquitoes, a dozen stitches! In autumn we come back:

Apart from the warmth in the interior (no wonder at the outside temperature) it was a beautiful evening. The food and drinks were great and the waiter was very nice and funny. I can only recommend!
