GIO’S BarCatSpoLouRant - Mödling

This is a very small restaurant. It does not look very preposing from the outside but inside it is cosy. This restaurant truly caters for each type of eater, meat, fish, vegetarian, or vegan. The menu card as such does not have a very large choice but each lunch time there are two choices of lunches one meat and the other vegan/vegetarian. In comparison to most Austrian restaurants the portions are small, but then again the saying goes "Stop eating whilst you still feel hungry". The waitress is friendly and helpful. What I find rather strange is that the headings in the menu are in English, eg. "Tea and Coffee" "Meat" whilst the meals themselves are all in German. If you want to go in a larger Group it is advisable to book a table , especially at lunch time. The restaurant is closed on a Sunday.

Not sure at the beginning, left with smile across the face. Nice, cosy place, friendly Staff, GREAT FOOD, fair prices. Definitively worth giving a try.
