Fattoria Delle Torri - Modica

Reinterpretation of local cuisine with excellent ingredients and unusual combinations, exaggerated wine paper with predilection for local and biological cellars, great care and attention in presentations. An excellent experience.

The tomato salad, baked pasta dish, bread and olive oil as well as wine list were great. However, all other dishes that we ordered sounded good on the menu but lacked flavour in reality (too bland). A bit sad as the expectations for this restaurant were pretty high.

We loved the team. Food was great and a top notch winelist. Keep it up!

I suspended the judgement waiting for the emergence of the young and promising chef. In the meantime, they could emerge by lowering the prices that those yes... have emerged perhaps prematurely.

Fantastic service, cozy and nice atmosphere, much quieter than anywhere else. Nice short menu, high quality ingredients and perfect portion sizes, we enjoyed that evening a lot!
