Higashi - MODENA

I was in this beautiful and elegant local located in the historic center of modena, a couple of weeks ago. while being hungry, I wanted not to spend too much, so I joined the offer that allowed to choose three dishes only € first course, my brother and I took “Spaghetti alla Singapore”. Although I had serious doubts that this dish exists in that country, I found it excellent and well presented. then we took grilled ravioli, among the best I have ever tasted, roasted by a sauce (very sapida and goose teiyaki. the third plate could be just a sushi (in case to huramaki,) me and my brother chose two different types, so to get two different preparations. very discreet and professional staff, able to provide every explanation on the dishes and how the menus are structured at a fixed price. the decor deserves a special mention: exuberant and futuristic, in fact from the ceiling that they thought of true plants!

Visit the restaurant while on our honeymoon. After eating pasta and pizza for the whole week, we were looking for something a bit healthier so found the restaurant on trip advisor but have a doubt because of some bad review. However, we took our chances and the food was great!! Having to worked in sushi and Teppanyaki restaurant for four years, it's not easy to fool me. We had miso soup, steamed sea beam and mixed sushi. And it was amazing!! Seafood was so fresh, and the steamed sea beam in ginger sauce was cooked to perfection. They also have an amazing house sparkling while wine for just €9. So we back for here again for our lunch before the journey to Lake Garda!!! Definitely worth a visit :

Probably the best sushi restaurant in town. Fresh fish, high quality food, gentle waiters and a nice location in one of the best italian city centre. A good choice for couples and business lunches.

The 4/5 points for this restaurant doesn't reflect the true value. The noddles was sloppy made and the rice of the sushi was dry. Unfortunately I really don't recommend this place.

It is amazing place not only for couples, but group of friends to move back. The quality of food is fantastic as always. People are careful and beautiful. I recommend all kinds of noodles, especially Thai noodles. Sashimi was made fresh here. The price is slightly higher in relation to another restaurant, but it is worth it;
