Bidrage med feedbackThanks to this place I could taste in a gluten-free version many specialties of this region: tigelle, piadina and more! All very good. The cutter's salami were also excellent. Very kind staff. Modern and cheerful premises. Congratulations!
Work lunch. Not so large but well maintained in the decor. I order a roll made of kamut flour, turkey tomato. Local suitable for a quick lunch and for lovers of the piadina view the variety of lambs/crescioni present in the menu. Average cost.
I had dinner at this restaurant on Sunday night in two people. Doppiozero was chosen, to dine after a walk in Modena, for its attention to gluten-free products. The place is very nice and is located in a center where there is also cinema and other restaurants. We opted for: Appetizer: gluten-free potato croquettes; Main dish: Gluten-free dumpling with meat cutter; Sweet: gluten-free nutella crepes. All the dishes were great. The croquettes were tasty, well warm, crispy and not greasy. The tigelles and the dumpling were also very good, crisp and warm at the right point. Good quality meats but nothing. The crepes was rich in nutella although the dough was very soft and wet. The staff is kind, friendly and attentive. The waiting times are contained. Against: in my opinion the portions are a bit 'resicate for what you pay (the number of tigelles and dump is specified in the menu and the assigned table was in a very uncomfortable position (attached to the main counter with my shoulders to 50cm from the local exit door, with all the cold that follows its opening. Pro: wide selection of various flours and attention to gluten-free products, good quality of fries.
Discovered for pure chance, what to say, small but very nice local we recommend the reservation) , piadina buonissima super condita , rich menu for every type of people with many types of flours and gluten-free. In the menu there are also many custom menus. I took the menu with piadina patatina and cocca average € 11 I would say honest .
We tried tigelle, gnocco fritto and piadina, everything was good
