Overpriced restaurant located in the suburbs of Modena. Average food, without any reason to pay 80 Euros per couple for one primi piatti, two secondi piatti, one bottle of Lambrusco, one bottle of water, one dolcetto and one coffee. Nor worth the effort to reach this off the beaten path place, while Emilia Romagna is full of excellent trattorias. Simply to avoid.
The venue is cute, warm and cozy and the food is really good! I don’t even know if they actually have a proper written menu as we were 12 people and we ordered following the owner’s suggestions (which were perfect): gnocco fritto as a ‘starter’ and a choice of three different pasta for the whole table. The restaurant is a family business and I really appreciated the great kindness of the staff!
Found by chance, looking for a restaurant on google maps near modena. a beautiful discovery. we ate and drink well in a quiet and well served environment. right price.
A Modena cooking institute. after the legendary manager loris the new management continues to carry out the tradition with genuine dishes and wines of the local cellars. fried scamone exaggerated
