There was clear attention paid to respecting the client's requests, time, and explanations given generously. That's the Stephanie way! The plate was a work of art, thanks to Stephanie's perfect knowledge of the ingredients used and her expert choices. From the appetizers to the dessert, everything was top-notch. The chef created amazing dishes such as duck tartare, fresh fish, or tender lamb, along with a delicious cheese and lavender dessert. And to top it off, there was a delightful croquembouche! Thank you both for creating such a wonderful dining experience that made us feel like part of your family. It's clear that behind all these amazing dishes is a love for the trade, but what truly shines through is the sense of hospitality and care that Stephanie and Benjamin provide. We went to this restaurant with our family for lunch. We were able to enjoy the terrace near the Hoyoux River after a few drinks. For our meal, we had the grilled half lobster which was delicious, followed by a selection of over 5 types of trout, with me opting for the river trout. The desserts were also amazing, especially the chocolate dessert. The coffee was complimentary and we also enjoyed some white wine recommended by the boss. The ambiance was great and the cuisine was refined and local. We will definitely be returning, especially considering the reasonable price of around 50 euros per person.
Whenever we visit Katia and Pascal's restaurant, we are always impressed. The welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, and child-friendly environment never fail to please us. Plus, the prices are very reasonable. We always look forward to returning for another enjoyable meal.
