The employees were very friendly and helpful. The food was also fresh and hot. I will return here frequently.
This is location was the first and the last I will visit. The Indian lady was rude in a way where I ask for extra lettuce and other ingredients when she didn't even put enough on the sub. She gave me the dirty look and mean mug like she was unhappy. Ifthis lady running her own franchise which she is the owner of that location, Subway need to come and investigate. Losingbusiness is caused by lack of customer skills, bad manners and attitude toward customers. Either hired and trained someone orclose down the business for good. That lady need to be terminated and close down her business.
The customerservice was fine. My problem is when I was charged for a Sub that was supposed to be free. I ordered it on the app,buy 2 get I for free but the app charged me for all 3. I was told to come in and get the refund or another sandwich. Did Imention they Called me? I went to the store three time before I had the chance to speak to anyone because they were still closed@ 10a.m. Maybe they are short staff but this simple fix hasn't been simple. Yes, I'm still waiting for a refund.I had thereceipt Showing what happened but I was sent away.
The service at this restaurant was outstanding! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and the delightful aroma of freshly baked bread. The staff not only assisted us with our sandwich choices, but they also recommended some delicious extras that we couldn't resist, leading us to buy cookies as well, haha! The place was clean, and the chips were well-stocked with a great selection. All the ingredients were fresh, including the guacamole I added to my sandwich. Overall, it was a wonderfully pleasant experience, and I look forward to returning!
