Sno Dash Frozen Treats Mobile, Al

I have been here twice, both experiences was petty dry on being welcomed, interaction with customers and pace of service. The first time I went I got the Smore Ice Cream and it was flavor less. The second time me and my family got snow cones and it was so much ice that could barely taste the tigers blood flavor. My wife said her was pretty bland too. My daughter which was 2 at the time was pretty good though. The lady was nice and gave her a cookie too. I don't know if they are just over working but the customer service is not nowhere near the best.

Rolled ice cream lacked flavor. I got the Ferrera Roche . And the young kid who made my ice cream and checked me out did not say 2 words to me. I even tried to make small talk and he completely ignored me. I said thank you... NOT A WORD. Won't be back. I'll drive to Gulf shores and go to Cowbell rolled ice cream

VERY RUDE. SHE SAID THE BOY CANT COMMUNICATE WHEN I WAS JUST ASKING NORMAL QUESTIONS THEN THE MANAGER SAID THE BOY DOESNT KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE! GET ANOTHER WORKER THEN! I was just trying to get a sno cone and had a couple of questions that never go answered

Omg their icies are so good. They add extra creme when I ask. And the size is so big. Also. They don't skip on the syrup like everywhere else. So it is always flavorful

First time trying. I was going to order the soft-serve Banana Pudding. The server suggested the Rolled Ice Cream version. She said the Rolled Ice Cream has the flavor of Banana Pudding in every bite whereas the Soft-serve version is Soft-serve Ice Cream with banana pudding flavor. She said you get a bite of ice cream and maybe next bite banana pudding flavor. I had never had Rolled Ice Cream before so I tried it. WOW! I'm very impressed with the texture and flavor of each bite. Highly Recommend. They also have a Poke bowl place inside the same shop. I'll try it out next time. I'll be sure to ask for their recommendations on a Poke bowl.
