Didn’t get to eat, they sat us down, said waiter will be with you in a min… 5 waiters walked pass us for 20 mins and didn’t say one word to us..

4 12 24 The WORST front door service and cold food we have ever received from Loda! This is not the norm from them. It was art walk night , however they have delt with this type of crowd before so not sure where the ball was dropped. To elaborate in hopes to help going forward, our party of 6 started this experience at the front door by who I would think was the manager on duty. His people skills and the way he speaks to people is horrid! Had I not already had great experiences there, I would have turned around . There is nobody at the door as a hostess and it’s first come first serve which is ridiculous! And on such a busy night . Once seated our server Lake, tried so hard to make it better . He was as quick as he could be and kept his cool with as busy as it was. The kitchen was trying hard to keep up I noticed but failed with wrong orders one after another and cold food .Upon leaving , I made a point to let the “Manager” on duty just how I felt about his people skills and how things could have been handled differently , and as a party of 6 whom ordered drinks , apps and dinners , our bill was pretty hefty (and that’s still okay) . His response to me was “I’m not sure what you are talking about” he knows exactly where I was coming from, however he was still a jerk. MANAGEMENT ; get it together!!! To the owner YOU can do better!!!
