Burger King - Mobile

The wait time was INSANE. We sat AT the drive-thru window for 25 minutes, waiting almost 30 minutes for the two cars before that. After waiting almost an hour without even taking our order, we went next door and enjoyed super yummy and FAST food at Colonel Dixie next door. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Service was slow but okay. Board said they had the soda machine with all the different flavors, but they didn't.

The drive-through can take forever depending on the time of day. Could be from people not wanting to work or not enough applicants.Gotta remember COVID took lots of the workforce outta here and away!

The staff is unhelpful, and the food is subpar. They frequently refuse to accept mobile orders, especially after they've already taken your money. When you bring it up at the window, the rude employee just says there's nothing they can do. I'm tired of this poor customer service.

I had a good experience at the drive-thru during the day, but the night staff needs to be replaced or receive better training. Service: 1/5.
