Subway - Moab

Very clean and the produce looks fresh, unlike many other Subway restaurants. Service is great, friendly staff. Come here to get your sandwich and head to the National Parks!!

I went in to the moab subway on mother's day about 8:20pm and upon walking in the music was so loud that they didn't even hear me come in. The young man who finally noticed me seemed bothered by me coming in, the sandwich bar was very dirty and mostly broke down, neither young men who helped me washed their hands after wiping their mouths, instead just threw on gloves. When it came time for vegetables my only options were very little, I asked if they had olives and instead of checking (which I know as a former GM of a subway that there's always extra prep at closing) he just said nope!! They were very rude not only to me but to the old couple behind me in line. The bread was stale and hard, and the sandwich was not great!! Absolute worse service I've ever gotten from moab subway. I understand that there's pre-closing but you should NEVER close down so far and be in such a hurry to close when you have customers, their impatience with the customers because they wanted to close was absolutely unprofessional!!

If i could give the service 0, i would. i believe the guy “helping” us was named Ty. my husband was filling his water and spilled on the floor, i was next in line behind my friends and intended to say something. he would look at my husband and scoff/shake his head. when it came to my turn, i offered to clean it up and he shook his head and told me to order. i apologized and he very angrily told me that someone could have slipped. i was so frustrated with his attitude that i told him i didn’t want to order and he told my husband and i “goodbye then”. so we waited for our friends to get their sandwiches and left. i hope he gets fired.

If i could give 0, i would. i believe the guy helping us was named Ty. He was a total jerk. treated us like garbage and i didn 't even get my sandwich because i couldn 't stand his service. would not recommend coming here and i hope he gets fired.

Clean location with plenty of seating. The girl making the sandwiches seemed annoyed or maybe she was just having an off day. A bit rude and snarky from the start. There was no line but us. The boy who rung us up was nice. Food was what you expect from Subway.
