Bidrage med feedbackI had dinner on my first night in Moab at The Bar Back, and it was fantastic. Karen was my bartender, and she was wonderful. The drinks were ice cold, and the BBQ was exceptional. The ribs were so tender they were falling off the bone. They offer five different sauces, and my favorites were the hot and the sweet. The pulled pork was also delicious, and the mac and cheese was incredibly tasty. Plus, the prices were quite reasonable!
Another highlight of the evening was the bar, which offered cold beers and the lovely Luna Zul dishes—perfect for a delightful night out. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a beautifully presented single-cut steak, which was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The decor was lovely too! The service exceeded all expectations; everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend giving this place a shot—you won’t be disappointed!
"Be sure to try the bratwurst – it's nice and juicy, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious! The pulled pork was also good, but the brisket really stood out after the long journey to the restaurant. I wasn't particularly impressed by the coleslaw; it wasn't bad, but it didn't wow me either. On the bright side, they offer root beer on tap!"
The first thing I want to say is that they calculate their bbq to very reasonable trips, in contrast to the other restaurants, the ribs/breast in the city with double price. then, over eating: I tried to rip a few and brisket. I ordered apartment for the braut, but got point cuts (never minded. they were nicely cooked: tender and tasty. bands were not so high that the standard of crashing from the bone, but they were still very decently cooked. brisket was well trimmed and tastefully perfect bark and smoke taste. the only thing I could choose was to season it. they were a bit lightly spiced (sewn to be Carolina style, so I had to add some sauce. We went here as part of the Scots on the Rocks festival. That place was hopping and we expected a long wait on our food, but it came surprisingly quickly. Excellent service in the bar area for food and drinks. My family loved the dry rubbed ribs. Didn't need sauce. They were that stand alone. I had the wedge salad with champagne dressing and beer battered fries. The fries I dipped in their house sauce. Yum! We were pretty hungry so no photos of food.
