Moab Food Truck Park

Tacos El Gordo is amazinggggggg please visit her. We were in Moab for two days and went both days to eat from their food truck. So affordable and delicious! Shrimp taco was SO GOOD. We even tried Paninis of a Panini truck and her “Pinch Me” smoothie was so refreshing. What a beautiful place and so many options to choose from!

Great food. After my first dinner I met this place every day on my way back from the Arches and Canyonlands. Had red 1 night and taco el gordo the other 2. Had the crushed Burrito at taco el gordo, daughter had Tacos, woman had the Quesadillas both nights. red wok had fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. Mexicans was better. Many decisions from the other trucks. After a long day in the sun, the black cherry shading ice also hit the square.

I WISH we had this where I came from. My friend and I wandered around looking for food somewhere, but everything was super crowded. This place is so cool. A park with games, music and a ring of food trucks with all kinds of cool foods. Even a place that makes Mini Donuts order! Did I say I wish we had this where I live?

Loves the Moab Food Truck Park! Perfect for lunch or dinner and we love the desserts! Have all food trucks tried now and they are all great love diversity! Definitely a must for every trip to Moab! (So good food and much faster than some restaurants in the city)
