Josie Wyatt's Grille - Moab

I visited this restaurant for a corporate meeting, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The food, appetizers, and drinks were quite good—I'd rate them an 8 out of 10. The atmosphere was also fantastic. However, the service could use some improvement. It seemed like they might have been overwhelmed by the crowd that evening, as it took around 35-45 minutes for our food orders to be delivered.

This is a lovely restaurant that’s perfect to visit after a full day of hiking. It's one of the few places open until 11 PM. I feel the cuisine has a unique blend of Chinese and Mexican flavors. I highly recommend the soup, roasted corn, and skirt steak!

The food at Josie Wyatt's Grille is good, but the service and decor are truly outstanding. It likely has the finest decor of any restaurant in Moab. Located within the Hoodoo Hotel, it’s an excellent choice for breakfast or a quick snack while enjoying time by the pool.

On a positive note, the staff was fantastic! We came in for a late dinner and were seated next to some patrons who were playing videos loudly on their phones. Before our food arrived, the manager came over to offer us a different table and apologized for the disturbance, even treating us to dessert as a kind gesture. Our waitress was lovely as well. However, I feel that the food needs improvement to align with the beautiful ambiance and the high-quality service we experienced.

We were delighted by the exceptional quality of the craft cocktails. The food was also extraordinary. There was just one bartender, Paul, who was responsible for taking orders, serving food, and preparing cocktails for the entire pool and bar area. He handled everything effortlessly!
