This accomodation and the wonderful staff is truly a gem in that area. They serve such good food, have a great curio shop, a HUGE garden, wonderful pool area and their drinks are always ice cold. Wonderful accommodation, we will return for a third time for sure : . Service: 5

Our stay at the GhostMountainInn was lovely, especially the treatments in the spa area were great and the girls were really on their toes and ready for a good chat. The rooms and lobby were also very nice and cosy. We even got an upgrade to a suite for the room we had booked. Only the service left something to be desired, especially in the breakfast area. The ladies who prepared the fried eggs seemed unmotivated and almost unfriendly, as did the service staff responsible for clearing the table. She came to our table several times during breakfast and even took our plates away, even though we were still eating. So my toast was eaten without a plate. The service employee also felt it necessary to clear all the plates and cutlery as quickly as possible several times, so that it was impossible to go to the buffet together because we had to worry about our coffee or juice. A relaxed breakfast is different. Otherwise, it was a stay in a great facility to feel good.

Great Hotel! Enjoyed the room space and comfort! The food buffet and breakfast was tasty! I loved this hotel! Hope to stay there soon again! The Cricket Club next door has great lunch meals too! Service: 5
