My wife and I used the highlands hotel to cater our wedding alcohol drinks. Brett Maz were fantastic, nothing was too hard, everything was stress free and they even delivered and picked up the left over alcohol at a very competitive price. He was so helpful throughout the process we had no idea which wines to order and he gave us great recommendations that would suit everyone and within our price range.
