Nice music and very helpful staff. A little crowded at times

It was crowded and it’s difficult to find place to return tray and utensils. Staff is also not customer friendly. Instead of taking tray from me, they pointed to keep tray in return area. A bit unusual for me as Starbucks staff never make such requests.

The service provided was low since they were servicing two counters at first and was servicing one customer ahead of us. When it was about our turn, one of the staff made the staff at the counter to suddenly take milk cartons inside ? I mean she could have done it by herself, whilst she didn't do anything at the time period. I thought she was gonna go to the counter but noo lol. She just stayed. Anyways, sounds racist for doing something out of no where and where she could have done at the first place. It's very different than other Starbucks places in Japan.

Great service and great meals and drinks. Do not take names etc, but it is so fast and efficient that is not necessary.

Conveniently located in the station, this Starbucks is large and often has seating. It is popular with high school and college students. There are often foreigners there. The staff is friendly and relaxing, mostly. Nice place to meet a friend, study or just spend a little downtime.
