Taco Bell - Mitchell

We came in at 8 pm and ordered. We sat at the one table that was clean. When get got our food after 15 minutes, it wasn’t correct and we were missing things. I ordered a power bowl with no tomatoes and extra lettuce but they did neither of those thing. The rice was still hard and was super liquidy. Was told it wasn’t cooking correctly tonight. They were happy to make me a new one but just frustrating when there was only a couple others people there.

They can take orders relatively quickly, buy making food.... not fast. 25 minute wait.. 5 people working. Not even that busy. Godfathers next door at least warned you it would be 20 min. for a pizza.

What an absolute mess. The poor woman on register was clearly struggling and we both had to wait Atleast 5 minutes for someone else to help her. I ordered a bean burrito sub for black beans and didn’t receive any beans whatsoever ever on my burrito. I understand being busy and understaffed but this has go to be the worst tacobell experience I’ve ever had. From a former tacobell worker, wait until Sioux Falls if you can. Otherwise do not give this location your business. My mother ordered after I did and specifically said probably 6 times she doesn’t eat meat, and ordered a black bean queserito and was handed one containing beef. What a joke.

I just waited 28 minutes in the drive thru. There was one car ordering and 2 behind that. As i pulled up the 1st car went around the corner after ordering. Then the next car pulled up to the screen and waited 15 mins before ordering. Then they pulled up. The next truck pulled up and after 12 mins they were still sitting waiting to order. I just left. I mean i know places are short staffed but but 15 mins between orders is a bit much. At the rate it was going it would be 45 minutes before I got to order and 1 hour before i got my food. Thats ridiculous for drive thru times. I have worked in fast food and that time even with a skeleton crew at 9pm on a Thursday is unacceptable.

I have been waiting for 2 tacos for 26 minutes in the dining area. Only 2 orders have been given out during that time. The dining room is full of people waiting. There are 6 staff members working behind the counter. It seems like the gas pumps will remain busy while we all wait for our food. I am curious to see how much longer I will have to wait.
