I've been dining at Yen Ching for better than 40 years and am always satisfied. The pot stickers (get a side of hot chili oil) are the best in town and Yen Ching beef is perhaps the best Chinese beef dish I've ever tasted.
They've been open for 40—50 years. Very consistent taste. Love their food- sizzling rice soup, potstickers, Mongolian beef, eggplant, hot braised fish
