Wendy's - Missouri

Staff arguing in front of customers. Cashier complaining and sighing how ready to go she is. Orders everywhere. Customers waiting 10mins just to place an order. Wheew I dont think I should even say more ‍ ️

The food wasn't really good. It is also getting very expensive too. The food tasted like it had been sitting for awhile. Service was quick and friendly.

Went through the drive-through today, and the lady that took my order was so sweet, friendly very accommodating, even made sure I had condiments and napkins, unlike most fast food places don’t even care to give you the stuff you need, Ms Harper was a blessing and a breath of fresh air taking my order. Although I really enjoy the baconator combo with a great strong coffee and the potatoes are wonderful. I will NOT return there again. First, the wonderful drive through person isn't there for some reason. I believe her name is Kessa. She was extremely upbeat and friendly. That helps make going to work ok in the morning. Second, this is the only franchise that I can't get a large glass of ice, unless you pay the price of a large soda. Burger King is free usually, McDonald's charges 40 cents. … – show

Will not visit again, staff rude. I asked for mayo, got ketchup. The person at the window got irritated, I specifically stated mayo and not ketchup. Asked for a small container and got packets. This is why fast food employees deserve minimum wage. They lazy
