Las Margaritas Downtown - Missouri

Seatings very uncomfortable. Food way more expensive than it has any right to be. I was treated like a door dasher at first. The decor is a direct ripoff of casa maria.

I have had multiple issues with this downtown location they don't care if they inconvenience you at all and don't expect them to anything to try and make it right either

The other locations are AMAZING, but the downtown location is absolutely terrible. Will put you on hold if you are ordering pick for over 20 minutes, and will never get back to you if you have a complaint. I have grown up here in Columbia and have climbed my ranks through bars and restaurants so I understand the customer service side of everything. Very disappointed with the service I received today. I brought my family here to celebrate my graduation and wish I would’ve gone elsewhere. This place gave a very bad impression of Columbia. We waited over 45 minutes for our food and got it cold of course. Our server continually avoided our table throughout our stay, and we were overcharged on our bill and they thought we wouldn’t notice. Safe to say we left no tip and won’t be returning to this establishment. 0/5.
