Cold Stone Creamery - Missouri

Ordered ahead. Not ready at time told. Employee was sitting on counter when I arrived and then acted like the order just came in. Had been 20 mins.

Love Cold Stone but this location is awful. Ordered online and arrived at the time stated but nothing had been started. Girl working gave tons of attitude when I asked for it. Took an additional 20 mins to fulfill with no other customers. Just laziness.

Took 40 mins to make 2 shakes for a drive thru order one was wrong but the kicker is they sat on the counter for 15 mins while No one could do their job and were melted when we finally did get them....

Too many delicious choices! Great ice cream shop with friendly staff.

My favorite ice cream place. I really loved when they had gooey butter ice cream- hope they will bring it back. Favorite is chocolate ice cream with brownie and cookie dough. Love it. Good quality ice cream and workers are nice and patient with our kids indecisiveness sometimes.
