Whataburger - Missouri City

I placed a takeout order on Wednesday and arrived at 5:52 PM. It took 20 minutes for someone to bring out my order, and I only got attention after I called to check on it. The drive home was only 7 minutes long, but unfortunately, most of the food was cold (some items were just warm). Additionally, there were no straws or napkins included, and one item was missing from my order. I suspect the food was ready, but no one brought it to us when we arrived. I won’t be calling in an order there again!

The slowest Whataburger in Houston! I waited a long time in line, and from the moment I paid to when I reached the pickup window took 20 minutes, and this was at 9:30 PM. Not only are they slow, but they also seemed to be out of just about everything except chicken and the junior meals. When it was finally my turn, they completely forgot my drink and hurried us out of the line, so we didn't realize it until we got home.

The tables and floor were not clean at all, and the bathroom was even worse. An employee rudely cut in front of me to grab a drink. The person who delivered my food constantly tossed napkins onto my fries, even after I asked him to stop. The fries were cold, and the burger was just mediocre, nothing special. Overall, I won't be returning, and I suggest you avoid this place as well.

Took a long time to get my lunch at a drive up spot. Probably about 13-15 minutes after I ordered, 12:30 pm on a Thursday. The blue cheese bacon burger was not great, like just a sloppy dollop of Marie?s. Would have preferred just a bacon cheeseburger. Being a native Texan, the Tabasco sauce I always keep in the glove box somewhat improved the taste.

This place dirty and took me 40 minutes to get chicken strips, definitely DONT recommend?. Nasty! My children will not be eating here ever again! ChickFaLa will always be superior!
