Starbucks - Missouri City

Loves the Starbucks location. it's like 5 minutes away from my house. always have the things I love on camp: jade citrus minze with steamed lemonade peppermint syrup, pumpkin egg, chocolate croissant and spinach-fat wrap. the team is super fast! excellent and fast service. I come here to study and visit work sessions for free wifi (big quality, not laggy). they drive thru is long, but it moves fast; if they hate waiting or have no geduld, all wise come inside and meet the staff. they are great and will take them if they have not yet received their drink. Please note that they work quickly to get their order to them. we all need to work together as a community during these hard COVID times.

The staff were friendly and the outside line moved fast. The center of my food was cold but my drink was perfect.

My husband and I usually get frappuccinos but that day we decided to try a hot coffee. I asked for a recommendation for us since we wanted something that wasn't too strong. All I got was we don't have anything like that and she didn't know and was rude about it. All I wanted was like options like offer something something others usually get a lot with maybe caramel etc... like no type of good customer service.

Starbucks is Starbucks no matter where I go. I order the same thing Mocha Frappuccino cookie crumble and roasted red pepper egg bite. I enjoy my order every single time, especially on my birthday when I can get a free drink..

You will not wait less than 30-40 minutes in the drive through. And after you get your drink it won’t be the correct taste. This is the third and final time I have visited this place. The first time I thought they just didn’t have the staff since covid happened. The second time I thought it was a fluke. Third times a charm for this dummy to realized this location SUCKS! SAVE YOUR MONEY. DONT GO HERE. There is another coffee shop down the street that is better. Summer moon wood fired coffee. Go there.
