Dunkin' - Missouri City

My service at this Dunkin Donut was great! I went in the afternoon time as there were not many people at that time which caused my order to come out fast. The environment was clean and calm as there was lively music playing in the background. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee, munchkins, and avocado toast. The prices of the these items were reasonable as compared to other coffee cafes. The vanilla was a bit to sweet for me and the drink was water downed by all the ice. Next time when I go I would get the drink with less ice. The avocado toast was a bit to dry as it was hard to bite into. However the munchkins were the best as they were packed with flavor and were fresh.

Good selection of drinks and lactose-free options. The food is average, with some dishes being better than others. I have concerns about their bagels. The service is good, with friendly workers. They have a convenient drive-through, although I had trouble understanding one employee. Overall, it's an average experience. Also, their ice spice is worth trying.

The reason this Dunkin' Donut place of business is receiving a 5 star rating is because of Neha. I am a regular customer and her professional and positive demeanor never changes. She is the reason that I choose to drive across town to get my morning coffee. I hope others will go and visit Neha and enjoy some delicious treats at this DD location. THANK YOU NEHA!

I ordered online for three dozens of donuts for school. My order was placed in the middle of the day and just got ignored. Staff even refused to look up my order because they sold out of donuts and don’t care. When I did come back in the morning as I was told, still no donuts! I have to wait for an hour for manager to come in to handle, and I need to show a printed receipt. Well, I guess as customer I’m supposed to carry a printer around to print out mobile order receipts? No staff even bother trying to solve the problem.

The hashbrowns were terrible – they tasted like they had been boiled in water from a hose and were soggy and stuck together. The hot chocolate lacked flavor, tasting more like water than chocolate. The breakfast croissant was decent, but the chocolate and original glazed donuts were delicious. I rated the service 4 stars because they made sure I didn't leave without everything I ordered. However, I was disappointed to spend over $30 and not be satisfied with the food. Since this was a drive-thru order, I can't accurately rate the atmosphere.
