Have very much enjoyed the Missoula MT. store and the set up of it until now The new manager was quite frankly a B and doesn't know how to smile or treat her Employees, Customers or the Store. She pretty much acts like she doesn't like her job, the way the store operates or people, whether they're employees or customers and basically went into panic/grouch mode when it started to get a little busy and then went in the back leaving the entire place feeling very uncomfortable. I've been in the service industry for over 20 years and owned my own service business. I would never have a manager or employee who was that rude or unable to deal. Rule 1: Smile. Rule 2: Be pleasant. Rule 3: If you need to tell an employee something they're not doing to your satisfaction you do it in a polite and teaching manner not snapping at them and acting like a B .... reprimanding an employee and/or yelling at them in front of customers is NOT OK and NOT pleasant for the customers or the employees. It creates a very hostile and unhappy environment for everyone. She is NOT suited to be a manager or even in the service industry. We love the food and normally the experience. Like I said, the employees have been very nice and the store is clean and has a nice atmosphere and normally we enjoy it there. We will however try to make sure the new manager IS NOT THERE IF we go back. Hopefully she doesn't cause your entire staff to quit and chase away other customers. I know help is hard to find these days, but i would work myself before i hired someone like that and would DEFINITELY NOT have hired her as a manager.
We came in when it was busy, had to wait a few minutes, but you could tell the staff was working hard, even with on line orders. Building a pizza the way we wanted, and getting a great value was super important and fun! I would recommend, just be patient during their busy times..its hard to keep places properly staffed!
The girl working at the front counter has a serious attitude problem. I understand being young and working your first job, or not really understanding what it means to be in customer service.On the other hand there is the dismissive arrogance that this girl exhibited. Not good.
Great place for lots of toppings not my favorite pizza spot but it does hit the spot on certain days and the service and speed of Service is always great. Vegetarian options: Lots of options including vegetarian crust options.
I used to come here all the time but I haven’t been in a few months and all of the old and nice staff are gone, the new staff doesn’t seem to care about putting any amount of cheese or sauce on the pizza other than a dime sized amount unless asked. Also when I asked for pepperoni they put four slices on there? what a joke. Then when I finally get it after cooking 3/4 of it is burnt and they act like that’s a normal occurrence. The old staff did something similar and made me a whole new pizza, then there’s no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom and tables are left dirty. MOD bring back the old staff or new ones who care please because this is just sad..
