Black Cat Bake Shop - Missoula

My birthday is Dec 29 and i am 65. I decided a few years ago that enough is enough. NOBODY wants to celebrate a birthday 4 days after Christmas. Nobody wants cake or dinner out. So I decided to celebrate my half birthday June 29. I picked the restaurant and ordered my own cake. The cake I got at Black Cat was the best cake I have ever had. I got the chocolate cake with raspberry filling and chocolate frosting on top. The raspberry filling was amazing! So creamy with fresh raspberrys in it-very flavorful. I definitely recommend this bakery!

Friendly atmosphere with down to earth people. Great food, with a good selection of baked goods. The biscuits and gravy were awesome, and the croissant's are to die for.

Great place to stop for quick breakfast. Very good savory croissants, and good coffee. The Craters are amazing and Thursday thru Saturday they have very good biscuits and gravy. All in all, one of my favorite stops.

July 4th my daughter was married in Missoula. Black Cat Bakery did an amazing job! The young lady that delivered everything was so professional and polite! The cake started to melt, she took it back and fixed it. All of the little side desserts were equally as wonderful. The red velvet wedding cake was the best I have ever had,. Thank you for doing such a good job!

Found them at the farmer’s market yesterday and bought a couple of cannolis, they were awesome! Also got some bread and the recipe for their balsamic vinaigrette, we are having that tomorrow night. Love their stuff! Was bummed that they didn’t have their cat shaped chocolate covered sandwich cookies. Maybe next time!
