The manager displayed a complete lack of empathy, spoke ill of me, failed to apologize, and then had the audacity to abruptly end the call without any follow-up. This behavior is highly disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. It is imperative to find individuals with strong customer service skills who can effectively meet the needs of customers. There are plenty of qualified individuals seeking employment, and if they are unable to perform their duties adequately, they should be retrained or let go. This type of attitude is entirely unacceptable and will ultimately bring harm to your business. Customers share their experiences with friends and family, and this encounter has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I have no intentions of returning to this establishment or placing another order here in the future.

When it comes to Tim Horton's, this is a pretty good option. The coffee is standard, but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the oatmeal raisin cookie I purchased was.
