Starbucks Coffee - Mississauga

Matthew is frequently at the drive-thru and he is fantastic! Today, before I even had a chance to place my order, he already knew it because he remembered it from previous visits. Despite the large volume of customers he serves daily, Matthew impressively remembered my detailed order. This personalized experience made me feel valued as a customer. Starbucks, you should be extremely pleased with this employee!

The literal best Starbucks to ever exist. I feel like actual family when I walk in here. Adrian, Paola and Shy all go out of their way to learn everybody’s names and have a genuine conversation with them.

They now ask for tips at the drive thru. Wth is that?

I would have given this restaurant a 1-star rating if it weren't for the excellent customer service. The turkey provolone pesto sandwich I ordered was bland and unsatisfying. It tasted worse than food from a hospital or airport. I wish I could have returned to request a store credit.

Came here during the evening and luckily it wasn’t busy, hardly any wait and got my drink within a few minutes. Great service!
