Sansotei Ramen - Mississauga

I really enjoyed the menu, especially the rich flavors of the broth. While there aren't any chicken options in the ramen—most of it features chasu—it was still delicious! We were a bit confused about whether the vegetarian option included soup, but the fried chicken was also tasty, although it could have used a bit more seasoning. The staff was fantastic and incredibly friendly, contributing to a wonderful experience. The wait time was minimal, and the tables were well-kept. Thank you for such a fantastic visit!

One of the best ramen spots in Mississauga, and they are very attentive to guests' allergies. They provided us with an allergy sheet when my partner requested it, and I've never encountered such a well-organized allergy guide at any other restaurant. Their tonkotsu ramen and zangi chicken are absolutely fantastic!

This restaurant never fails to impress! I've been visiting since they opened, and their broths have consistently been exceptional. It's great to see that they've upheld their quality over time. While their thick noodles are noticeably better in texture and chew than the thin ones, they still don’t quite measure up to some other ramen spots. The pork has a slightly sweeter taste, and the egg lacks a bit of flavor, although it is cooked to perfection. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is pleasant (a bit cramped, but still comfortable). Overall, I always leave here feeling happy.

The ramen is good, and tasty. We ordered spicy Tantan and black ramen, sangi, gyoza. I taste the ramen rather salty. I believe if the ramen can be made less salty, the taste will be superb. No line-up.

I got the Tonkatsu Ramen for $16 and the broth is very light with flavourful ingredients in the bowl. I tried my friends' Tonkatsu Black and Tonkatsu and the flavours were stronger. However, the broth was a miss for me in both the and the blackbowl, but I can see others liking it. The service was reasonably fast and the servers checked up regularly to refill our waters,but there was only one out of four menus to begin with. Overall, the ambiance is very cozy and modern, but if you don't want anyzany flavours, I'd recommend the regular Tonkatsu bowl.
