Pumpernickel's - Mississauga

I visit this restaurant frequently for lunch, but I have to say, the service is consistently disappointing. The staff often display a negative attitude and seem bewildered when I place my order. It's an uncomfortable experience that makes me consider finding another place nearby for a quick sandwich. I've held off on writing a negative review for a while since I come here often, but I can't ignore how rude the staff can be. They frequently mess up orders, not just mine but also for the person in front of me. It’s puzzling, especially since the same employees are here every day making the sandwiches. One lady, in particular, gives customers an unpleasant look while taking orders, which really turns me off from wanting to enjoy my meal. It feels like they forget we are paying customers. My visits here are never enjoyable due to the interactions I have with the staff. Additionally, I find it rather frustrating that they close at 2 PM. I hope they can improve their service; I’m not the only one who seems to be affected by the staff's demeanor.

I really enjoy the salad bowl here. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff is always friendly. Plus, the prices are reasonable.

The sandwiches here are fantastic! My top pick is definitely the BBQ chicken avocado sandwich combo, which includes your choice of two salads. The staff is very friendly, and the service is quick!

The Staff work really hard and long.. I have gone to many locations (downtwon) and this locations puts lot’s of LOVE in PREPING,MAKING AND SERVING THE FOOD……THANK YOU..btw….the crutons that you all make from scratch taste wonderful (THANKS FOR THE LIL BAG FOR MY BOWL) SMILE?YOUR FAVORITEBLACK SISTAH ??

Horrible service at this location, stingy with the salad. Coffee is watered down and disgusting. They do not honour the daily specials on their website. Prices have gone up and quality has come way down since the pandemic
