I've never had such a disappointing experience with different Pizza Hut locations before but this one in particular was the worst experience of my life. I place an order at 6pm and expect delivery to come in the estimated time they sent me an email with and three hours later and trying to call them was of no use?! I called multiple of times to ask them about my order that never came to my door, and one put me on hold and eventually hung up on me while another told me she would transfer me to the Erin Mills location number, BUT THE NUMBER I CALLED WAS TO THE ERIN MILLS LOCATION and still she put me on hold. Worst customer service of my life. At least give me the decency and tell me you won't send me a delivery guy or something more than make my family wait for three hours. Never ordering from this location again.

The meadowale branch got my order wrong and then hung up on me when I called them about it. Worst customer service ever!
