novotel mississauga hotel restaurant

Looks good, but it's dirty. we pulled back the leaves and the mattress cover was really stained. we moved into another room and the same. there were also haare in the washroom and on the leaves. not thoroughly cleaned

I highly recommend this restaurant. My family stayed there for 10 days and we were very impressed with the service, cleanliness, and the personal touch from the bar staff. The addition of a Starbucks and other great restaurants nearby was also a bonus.

Lovely spread of food at the buffet and the coffee was freshly brewed.

My father-in-law stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and I must say, he was very pleased with the staff and the overall conditions of the hotel.

A very comfortable environment, with good room service. I greatly appreciated not only the gym, but the Starbucks in the lobby. What I didn't like was the lack of microwave, and I really didn't like the French doors to the bathroom having a inch wide gap. But otherwise I had a comfortable stay.
