Moon Sushi - Mississauga

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh and warm when it was served, and we didn't have to wait long for it. Large menu options and portion sizes. The place gives a very cozy atmosphere and definitely back there; especially on a Saturday... even.

The food at Moon Sushi is consistently good, however, my recent orders have been incomplete and I was charged for items that were not delivered. When I tried to address this issue, I was not heard the first time, and the second time I was told I would receive a credit on my phone number, but there is no way to do this online. Because of this experience, I do not plan on ordering from Moon Sushi again. I feel like I have been deceived and I wonder if others have had similar experiences. Are they simply unable to fulfill orders accurately, or are they intentionally trying to cheat customers?

Restaurant was full, service excellent, food very good. nice to have individual bottles by hand sanitizer on each table.

We had been ordered and loved by Moon Sushi for years, but my wife and I finally decided to eat there while their glasses were finished at Lens Crafters. I had everything you can eat and my wife took...here all the time favorite Katsudan (Pork Chop with sauce on a bowl of rice). I had the seafood fried rice and a huge selection of sushi pieces, rolls, sashimi and tempura. I love her white tuna and the mackerel.

This is one of the first sushi restaurants I've been to that offers a Veggie Icon, which makes ordering very easy. The sushi rolls are slightly smaller than at other restaurants, but it actually works in your favor as you get to try a greater variety of different items, or you can simply order more of your favorite rolls. The staff were all friendly. My only recommendation would be to cook the tofu dish a bit longer so that the tofu can get crispy. Overall, the food and service were good for an all-you-can-eat restaurant.
